Empress Graknala is the mother of the former ruling Emperor. Her home of Vukar Tag was devastated by a Terran attack. She was looked at with silent contempt during the reign of the Kiranka clan, as she was believed to be of low blood, her only claim to the Emperor's father one of mere attractiveness.
