 Baron Jukaga, the mastermind behind the false armistice the Kilrathi offered in 2668, was the firstborn head of the Ki'ra clan, considered to be the noblest of the eight. He was a strange Kilrathi, for, unlike others of his race, he was not a slave to his blood-lust, but rather an intellectual. His studies of the human culture almost brought about their defeat. He is known for having tried to assasinate The Emperor and Prince Thrakhath in order to gain control of the Kilrathi Empire. He was killed while onboard a cruiser of the Grand Fleet which attacked Earth, where he betrayed his Empire by preventing that cruiser to launch thermo-nuclear warheads that would destroyed Earth's life-bearing capability.

Folloing Tolyns death his son used Jukaga's intent studies of Admiral Tolwyn to assist a Human compiling of the history of the man.
