Brother of Bakhtosh nar Kiranka, this Kilrathi noble is known for being one of the first to rebel against the Emperor. His treasonous words were soon turned into actions as he attacked the fighter of Prince Thrakhath while on a strike mission. Although his attempt failed, Thrakhath was captured by Terrans, only to escape later. Shortly after this assasination attempt, Khasra was killed by pilots flying off a ship owned by Covert Operations.
