Dorm Photos:

Basically to raise money for charity on the Easter '99 House Party, the squits agreed to be taken for drill by C.U. *and* army Officer Brigadier (that was his rank at the time) Sam Peters. Chris Guelff and I were fortunate enough to spend most of the time teaching the urchins (and I mean that in the best possible way) how to do parade drill, since Sam was a bit rusty and I'd spent a year in the air cadets whilst Chris has done all his USAF camps. Needless to say taking drill is a big ego trip and it rules. Anyway, God only knows how but we managed to whip them into shape in time for Sam to put them through their paces.

The squits finally get things together in rehearsal.
It doesn't look too bad from there, does it? That's my back, and Chris is standing off to the right.

Sam Prepares to put them through their paces.

James Clark wins the unlikely distinction of looking like he's done it before. He gets everything right and looks the part, chest out and stern expression and all. Amazing.
That's Fuzz in the background doing a little less well.

As Private Arse (a.k.a. Charlie Hammond) manages to moon the crowd whilst marching (brilliantly so), Commodore Moss and his boot licking deputy Puddifoot look on in disapproval (I really need a picture of this if anyone has one!!!!).

They're a bit too tightly packed but otherwise it's all on song. Basil's returning Charlie's salute.
