Pliers, Chief Tech officer on Board the BWS Intrepid, is what we call a graduate of "the old school navy." Salty as hell, this man can work wonders on the cheaper, thrown together equipment that the Border Worlds are stuck with. He'll slap more armor on your ship if you want or he'll even squeeze another missile into the fighter. Keeping him happy is the best thing to do, since what you fly reflects his attitude!
Built several cloaks that were only partially effective. Spits tobacco on the deck. Porky.
